This note is given only for our website and not for other websites, which may be accessed through links. This information is inspired by Recommendation no. 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data, gathered in the Group established by the Directive no. 95/46/EC art. 29. They have adopted on the 17th of May 2001 this Directive to establish some minimum requirements concerning the personal data online bunched up.   1. THE "OWNER" OF THE TREATMENT
    Following the consultation of this site the data can be processed relative to people identified or identifiable. The "Owner" of this treatment is: Room & Breakfast Brigida which has its headquarters in Via Provinciale Sud 1339, Verucchio (RN).
  2. DATA PROCESSING PLACE AND PURPOSES
    The processes related to the web services of this website take place to the aforesaid headquarters and they are handled by staff in charge of processing, or by possible officers of occasional maintenance operations. No data deriving from the web service is communicated or widespread (unless prior approval of the person concerned). It is not used the cookies to send information of personal nature, neither are used the so called persistent cookies of any kind, nor systems for tracking users. The use of the so called session cookies (which are not stored permanently on the user's computer and disappear when the browser is closed), is strictly limited to transmitting session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to allow the secure and efficient exploration of the website. The so called session cookies used in this website avoid the appeal to other computer techniques that are potentially detrimental to the confidentiality of users' browsing and do not allow the acquisition of personal identification data.
